   (or lodge as stated on the Form)

2. You may use a hard-copy application form or use the online application.
3. Apply ONLINE Here! Complete and submit online.
4. Hard-copy Application Form:
   1. Download a hardcopy Form here, complete and post to the address above or the address as stated on the form.
   2. Call 9919 8926/9919 8643 and ask OR
   3. Collect from room T315 OR
   4. From Victoria University Student Service Centres (all campuses)
5. Use the 'Direct ENTRY Application' Form

How to Complete the form:

Provide all details as requested on the application form.

Section B:

Course Code is: 2200LZV

Course Name is: Adult VCE

Campus: You need not fill this. VCE is conducted at Footscray/Nicholson Campus.

DO NOT COMPLETE THE Supplementary Sections.

Note:
